Manager Unai Emery has made three changes from his team's 0-0 draw against Manchester United before the international break.
Amadou Onana, Diego Carlos and Jacob Ramsey all return to the starting XI, with Ross Barkley, Jaden Philogene and Ezri Konsa taking places on the bench.
Captain John McGinn is also among the subs, with Boubacar Kamara returning to the matchday squad for the first time since February.
