Robert de Pauw has been unveiled as the new manager of Aston Villa Women.

The 42-year-old joins from German side Bayer Leverkusen, while he's also coached in the Netherlands' national set-up.

De Pauw arrived at Bodymoor Heath to complete the move before posing for photos and speaking to VillaTV.
