Manchester United are the visitors to Villa Park on Sunday as Aston Villa's Barclays Women's Super League campaign begins.

After several Villans returned from featuring for their countries in games around the world, Carla Ward's team take on the Red Devils in B6.

Here's everything you need to know to enjoy your visit to the stadium on matchday.

The club is once again lending its full support to Play Safe – an ongoing national campaign led by The FA to raise awareness of the importance of safeguarding in football.

Although it runs throughout the year, Play Safe really comes to the fore over football’s National Safeguarding Weekend, held this year across September 30/October 1.

We are showing our support at both the men's Premier League fixture against Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday and the women's Barclays Women's Super League fixture against Manchester United on Sunday.
