Aston Villa showed six changes for Sunday’s Premier League clash at Wolverhampton Wanderers from the side who triumphed over HŠK Zrinjski in midweek.
Matty Cash, Pau Torres, Boubacar Kamara, Douglas Luiz, Ollie Watkins and Moussa Diaby all returned to Villa’s line-up from the XI who started Thursday’s 1-0 Europa Conference League victory.
With Diaby and Kamara passed fit for the short trip across the midlands to Molineux, it meant head coach Unai Emery made just one change from last weekend’s stunning 6-1 win over Brighton & Hove Albion.
That saw Diego Carlos lining up to face Wolves, with Nicolò Zaniolo named among the substitutes.
