Unai Emery will make a late call on the availability of Matty Cash, Boubacar Kamara, Philippe Coutinho and Leon Bailey ahead of Saturday’s trip to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The Aston Villa quartet have all returned to training this week in a big boost to the club’s push over the final four matches of the Premier League season.
Head coach Emery will now assess each of the players over the coming 24 hours before making a decision on their potential involvement at Molineux.

Speaking at Friday’s pre-match media conference, Emery said: “We are slowly adding players to the squad to be ready for tomorrow.
“This week was fantastic. Coutinho started training on Monday, Kamara and Leon on Wednesday and Matty Cash started training with the group yesterday.
“Of course, for tomorrow, after their injuries being out for some weeks, they could be in the squad to play.
“We are going to analyse the last 24 hours before the match, with the possibility if we are adding them to be (involved) in the match, with some possibilities to play.”
