Vote for your Villa Women Player of the Month

Villa fans, the time has come to vote for your Women's Player of the Month for January, in partnership with Cazoo.

Carla Ward led her side to an impressive month which included wins over Tottenham Hotspur and AFC Fylde.

Those two victories came either side of a determined draw at Manchester City.

The month saw several of Villa's contingent nominated for the league's January awards, but this is your chance to vote for Aston Villa's playe of the month.

The new year started with a come-from-behind victory over Spurs.

Beth England converted on her debut for the visitors, but goals from Kenza Dali and Rachel Daly turned the game on its head as Villa took all three points.

The positivity continued with a battling 1-1 draw at top-three contenders Manchester City.

Villa again fell behind but bounced back immediately through Kirsty Hanson, who herself had picked up both assists in the Spurs victory a week prior.

While Arsenal would put an end to our Conti Cup campaign at Borehamwood last week, we ensured progress was made in the FA Cup with a resounding 11-0 win over AFC Fylde.

Eight different players found the back of the net at the Bescot, meaning this month's vote should be wide open.
