Aston Villa fell to a narrow 4-3 defeat in an enthralling Premier League 2 encounter at Nottingham Forest on Friday night

Substitute Brad Young levelled for the Young Lions before Kadan Young fired the visitors ahead in first-half injury time.

Forest equalised in the 55^th minute only for Brad Young to restore Villa’s advantage shortly afterwards with his second goal of the night.

But The Reds drew level once more before finding a late winner, meaning Villa, who have now wrapped up their regular season, must wait to discover if they have made the PL2 play-offs.
