Unai Emery has an unchanged Aston Villa squad at his disposal for Saturday’s encounter against Nottingham Forest.

The Villans host their East Midlands neighbours looking to continue an unbeaten run which stretches back to late February.

Villa remain without Boubacar Kamara, Philippe Coutinho and Matty Cash, with the trio expected to return in the near future.

Speaking at Friday’s pre-match media conference, head coach Emery offered an injury update ahead of our fixture against The Reds.

“He (Kamara) is not available, we are waiting on how he is going with his progress,” said the Spaniard.

“His injury is usually more or less 10 days or two weeks.

“He is not going to play tomorrow.

“Philippe Coutinho and Matty Cash are both still injured.

“The same as with Kamara, different injuries, but they are more or less 10 days or two weeks (before we’re) thinking they will come back.”
