John McGinn produced a man-of-the-match performance to inspire Scotland to a 3-0 victory over Ukraine on Wednesday night.
The Aston Villa midfielder, wearing the captain’s armband for his country, fired Scotland into the lead with a fine finish in the 70th minute at Hampden Park.
McGinn has now scored 14 goals and assisted a further six in his 35 games for Scotland under boss Steve Clarke - at least 10 more than any other player in that time.
