Keinan Davis netted his third goal of the season to help Watford to victory in the Championship on Saturday.

The striker struck after 31 minutes at Vicarage Road to bag what proved to be the winning goal in a 2-1 success at home to Norwich City.

Fellow Villa loanee Aaron Ramsey was brought on by the Canaries in stoppage time but could not prevent defeat.

Louie Barry, who teed up Will Grigg for the hosts’ goal, started for the Dons before being replaced after 67 minutes.

Tyreik Wright impressed in League Two, celebrating a milestone appearance as he helped Bradford City secure a 1-0 away win over Salford City.

North of the border, Ben Chrisene played the final 28 minutes as Kilmarnock played out a 0-0 draw away at St Mirren in the Scottish Premiership.

Brad Young played 57 minutes for Ayr United in the Championship but couldn’t prevent them from slipping to a 2-1 loss at Dundee.

Kortney Hause (Watford), Wesley (Levante UD), Kaine Kesler Hayden (Huddersfield Town), Viljami Sinisalo (Burton Albion), Hayden Lindley (Newport County) and Caleb Chukwuemeka (Crawley Town) didn't feature for their respective clubs at the weekend.
