By Aston Villa FC

Aston Villa Women's upcoming Barclays Women's Super League fixtures versus Manchester United and Arsenal has been selected for live broadcast.

Both league clashes, which will take place over the first two weekends of December, will be screened live on Sky Sports.

Our visit to Manchester United was due to take place at 12:00 on Sunday, December 4, but will now kick-off at 12:30 on Saturday, December 3 and will be played at Old Trafford.

Meanwhile, our home fixture against the Gunners was originally set to take place at Poundland Bescot Stadium on Saturday, December 10 (2pm ko) but will now be played at Villa Park a day later.

Kick-off is at 16:15.

The fixture against the Red Devils will be the fifth WSL meeting between the two clubs since our promotion in 2021.

Villa haven't yet emerged victorious from any of the previous three encounters but did pick up an impressive point towards the end of last season.

We also faced Marc Skinner's side in the Conti Cup recently, prevailing in a penalty shootout at Poundland Bescot Stadium.

Similarly, we have picked up just one point against Arsenal since our promotion to the WSL and will be hoping for an upturn in fortunes.
