Matty Cash, Jan Bednarek and Poland moved a step closer to the 2022 FIFA World Cup Round of 16 with a 2-0 win over Saudi Arabia in Group C.

Cash started, completed the full 90 minutes and played a key role in Piotr Zielinski's opener six minutes before half-time at the Education City Stadium, while Bednarek was an unused substitute.

Robert Lewandowski scored his first World Cup goal to seal a win that takes Poland to the top of their group.

Poland's final group fixture is against Argentina at Stadium 974 on Wednesday, November 30, kick-off: 7pm.
