Aston Villa Women supporters have voted Anna Patten as the club’s February Player of the Month, in partnership with Cazoo.
The England Under-23s international was the winner for Villa fans following a seamless fit into the Villa defence since her arrival in January.
Patten had already put in an impressive string of January performances but has gone from strength to strength.
The 22-year-old featured in our 2-1 home defeat to West Ham United before keeping a defensive clean sheet during our 2-0 victory over Everton a week later.
The club’s Player of the Month poll is in association with our principal partner Cazoo. Patten saw off competition from Alisha Lehmann and fellow January arrival Jill Scott to win the award.
