Aston Villa Women's preparations for the 2022/23 campaign will feature a slate of pre-season friendlies, it has been confirmed.
The headline clash of Villa Women's summer preparations is a fixture against Sevilla at Marbella Football Center on Friday, August 12 (10am ko).
We will head overseas on Monday, August 8 for a warm weather camp which will culminate in a test against the Primera División outfit on the eve of our return to the UK.
Carla Ward's side begin their pre-season schedule against Oxford United this weekend, before taking on Coventry United seven days later.
Following our week-long trip to the south of Spain, we will return home to face Liverpool, Everton and Reading over an 11-day span.
Ticket details for our visit to Reading will be communicated in due course.
With the start of the new Barclays Women's Super League drawing closer, Villa will also host an event at Poundland Bescot Stadium on Saturday, September 3. Stay tuned for full details.
