Bertrand Traoré helped Burkina Faso qualify for the knockout rounds of the Africa Cup of Nations on Monday.
The winger returned to the starting line-up and captained his country to a 1-1 draw against Ethiopia.
Traoré, who missed their second game after testing positive for Covid-19, saw Cyrille Bayala give Burkina Faso the lead after 24 minutes.
And despite Getaneh Kebede equalising via a second half penalty, a point was enough for Burkina Faso to advance in second place.
Traoré and his countrymen will face the runners-up in Group C in the Last 16, with Morocco, Gabon or Ghana their possible opponents.
The tie is scheduled to take place on Sunday, January 23 at 4pm.
