Trézéguet featured for Egypt as they picked up an important win in the Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday.

The winger was introduced as a substitute after 58 minutes with their second Group D match locked at 0-0 against Guinea-Bissau.

And Trézéguet played his part in the build-up to the only goal of the game, which saw Mohamed Salah volley home at the back post with 69 minutes on the clock.

Victory was a welcome relief for the Pharaohs after they went down 1-0 to Nigeria in their opening game of the tournament.

Egypt face Sudan in their final group game on Wednesday, January 19 (7pm ko), knowing a draw will be enough to see them qualify for the Last 16.
