Bertrand Traoré captained Burkina Faso as they lost their Africa Cup of Nations opener 2-1 against Cameroon on Sunday.
The winger set up the first goal of the tournament against the host nation, sending a pinpoint cross to back post where Gustavo Sangare converted after 24 minutes.
Cameroon responded with two goals in the final five minutes of the first half, both from the penalty spot.

Vincent Aboubakar netted the spot kicks to ensure his side got off to a winning start in Group A.
Traoré and Burkina Faso will look to bounce back when they play Cape Verde on Thursday, January 13 (ko 7pm).
