Calum Chambers feels prepared for the challenge ahead of Aston Villa's Premier League fixture with Watford on Saturday.
Steven Gerrard's side return to Villa Park following last weekend's reverse away at Newcastle United, during which Chambers made his full debut for the club.
The defender gave an insight into Villa's preparations ahead of the visit of Roy Hodgson's team.

Speaking to VillaTV, he said: "It is very competitive, we work hard and it's enjoyable as well, so there is a good balance.
"It's a good group of lads and a competitive group, I think that raises the level.
"It was just little bits of quality missing (against Newcastle), which is what we've been working on in training and will be looking to put in play against Watford.
"We know it's going to be a tough game, we have to go out there and be prepared to run, tackle, fight for everything, that message has been drilled in this week and we’re all ready for the challenge."

Chambers made his Villa bow as a late substitute during the 3-3 draw with Leeds United at Villa Park, before his inclusion in the starting XI at St James' Park.
Three weeks since his arrival at Bodymoor Heath, the 27-year-old is already feeling settled as he gets to grips with a new style of play under Gerrard.
"I'm taking it day-by-day, learning the philosophy and the way that the gaffer wants to play," Chambers explained.
"Speaking on behalf of the other lads (Philippe Coutinho, Lucas Digne and Robin Olsen), we have all been welcomed very well here.
"The lads have made it easy for us, it's always tough going to a new place with new training schedules, so they have really helped us, as well as the gaffer and the coaching team.
"Everyone at the training ground has been so warming to us coming in."
