McGinn captains strong side versus Villarreal

Football is back at Villa Park for the first time since early November as Aston Villa take on Villarreal in a friendly on Thursday night.

And ahead of kick-off, the teams have been announced in B6.

Head coach Unai Emery has named a strong starting XI captained by John McGinn.

Three of Villa’s four representatives at the World Cup, Matty Cash, Jan Bednarek and Leander Dendoncker, are among the substitutes.

Kick-off at Villa Park is at 8pm.
