Aston Villa took to the training pitches in Dubai on Tuesday morning having arrived in the Middle East for their mid-season training camp.

The Villans were put through their paces by Unai Emery and his coaching staff in 30c heat as they step up preparations for the resumption of Premier League football on Boxing Day.

Villa face Brighton & Hove Albion and Chelsea this week, with both fixtures live on VillaTV.
