Aston Villa Women's group stage schedule for the 2021/22 FA Continental League Cup has been confirmed.
Carla Ward's side will open their campaign with a trip to Liverpool on Wednesday October 13th, before facing Sheffield United at the Banks's Stadium on Wednesday 17th November.
Villa round off the group stages with two games in the space of 10 days.
A visit to Sunderland awaits on Sunday 5th December, with us hosting Blackburn Rovers in our final group fixture on Wednesday 15th December.
The competition has been divided into two sections – Northern and Southern – with two groups in the North and Three in the South.
The winner of each group will join Chelsea and Arsenal in the last eight, along with the best runner-up from across the five groups.
The FA have also confirmed that the Final on the weekend of 5-6 March to be screened live on the BBC.
Ticket details for our fixtures against Sheffield United and Blackburn Rovers will be announced in due course.
