Caleb Chukwuemeka has been nominated for Premier League 2’s September Player of the Month award.
The striker has been in scintillating form for Aston Villa since joining in August, and he netted five times during three games in September.
Chukwuemeka tore West Bromwich Albion apart at Bodymoor Heath, bagging a hat-trick in a 4-2 win.

The 19-year-old followed it up with a brace in the 8-0 demolition of Stoke City to help the Young Lions top the table at the end of the month.
He’s up against Folarin Balogun (Arsenal), Sam Burns (Blackburn Rovers), Alfie Devine (Tottenham Hotspur), Baba Fernandes (Nottingham Forest), Joe Gelhardt (Leeds United) and Jesurun Rak-Sakyi (Crystal Palace) for the award.
The winner will be announced next week.
Good luck, Caleb!
