Jack Grealish and Tyrone Mings celebrated a memorable triumph as England secured a 2-0 victory over Germany on Tuesday night to secure a spot in the Euro 2020 quarter-finals.

The Three Lions sealed their first win over Germany in the knockout stages of a major international tournament for 55 years – setting up a last-eight showdown against Ukraine on Saturday.

Aston Villa duo Grealish and Mings were both named among the substitutes for the eagerly-anticipated round of 16 tie at Wembley.

But Villa skipper Grealish stepped off the bench in the 69th minute and provided the spark for England as they scored twice in the latter stages - playing his part in the build-up for Raheem Sterling’s crucial opener before then claiming the assist for Harry Kane to head home the second goal and spark wild celebrations.
