Jack Grealish and Tyrone Mings celebrated a memorable triumph as England secured a 2-0 victory over Germany on Tuesday night to secure a spot in the Euro 2020 quarter-finals.

The Three Lions sealed their first win over Germany in the knockout stages of a major international tournament for 55 years – setting up a last-eight showdown against Ukraine on Saturday.

Aston Villa duo Grealish and Mings were both named among the substitutes for the eagerly-anticipated round of 16 tie at Wembley.

But Villa skipper Grealish stepped off the bench in the 69^th minute and provided the spark for England as they scored twice in the latter stages - playing his part in the build-up for Raheem Sterling’s crucial opener before then claiming the assist for Harry Kane to head home the second goal and spark wild celebrations.
