Kick It Out launched a Player Advisory Board this week, with Aston Villa Women defender Anita Asante included!
The Board is made up completely of current and former professionals across the men's and women's game, and each member has been tasked with driving positivity and inclusivity at all levels.
Along with 10 others, Anita's experiences in the game will be utilised to help shape Kick It Out’s ongoing battle against discrimination.
Anita Asante said: “I decided to join Kick It Out’s Player Advisory Board because it’s a great opportunity to share both my own personal insights and the insights of my peers in the game to help progress development and bring in significant positive change.”
