Douglas Luiz helped Brazil reach the Copa América final on Monday night.
The Aston Villa midfielder was a late substitute for his country as they saw off Peru 1-0 in the semi-finals at the Nilton Santos Satdium.
Luiz replaced goalscorer Lucas Paqueta in stoppage time, with the forward having struck the decisive blow after 35 minutes.
The 23-year-old could face Villa team-mate Emiliano Martínez in Sunday’s final (ko 1am), with Argentina playing Colombia in the other semi-final.
Congratulations, Douglas!
