Aston Villa’s fixture against West Bromwich Albion on Sunday will proudly support the Premier League’s No Room For Racism campaign.
All Premier League matches between April 16-26 will feature No Room For Racism messaging, with on-pitch activation and supporting content from clubs, the Premier League and partners.
Since launching in 2019, No Room For Racism has brought together the work of the Premier League and its clubs against racial discrimination and the shared commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion. This work is underpinned by the No Room For Racism Action plan.
This latest phase of activity places emphasis on action against online discriminatory abuse and is an opportunity to make it clear once again - any form of discrimination is unacceptable in football or wider society.
Tackling online hate is a priority for football, with clubs, the Premier League and authorities working closely alongside social media platforms to prevent this disgraceful behaviour.

Villa’s clash against Manchester City on Wednesday saw further support of that message both across digital channels and at Villa Park, and Sunday’s encounter against West Brom (ko 7pm) will again see the same.
It comes after the club’s home fixture against Tottenham Hotspur last month was also dedicated to the hugely important campaign, click here.
Fans are urged to take action – to challenge and report racist behaviour wherever you see it, including online.

In 2018, the club launched it’s All In initiative, which brings together our ongoing work towards equality, diversity and inclusion.
We aim to provide an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone. We believe that every person who engages with the club has a right to be treated fairly, with dignity and respect, irrespective of age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity.
The club takes a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, harassment, victimisation, bullying and abuse; and endorses the principle of equality, valuing and celebrating diversity and inclusion and combating unfair treatment throughout its organisation, supporters and staff.
As part of the club’s commitment, we have formally launched a new Equality Policy.
