Aston Villa endured a disappointing afternoon as they fell to a 7-0 defeat against Chelsea in the Under-18 Premier League South.
The Young Lions were 3-0 down at half-time in the encounter at Bodymoor Heath before the visitors added a further four goals after the break.
Villa’s Under-18s will be looking to get back on track when they host Burton Albion in the FA Youth Cup Fifth Round on Wednesday afternoon (ko 3pm), which you can watch live on VillaTV.

Myles Peart-Harris opened the scoring for Chelsea in the 20th minute before Joe Haigh doubled the advantage just after the half-hour mark and A Trialist added a third before the interval.
Peart-Harris made it 4-0 soon after the restart and Charlie Webster added a quick fifth from the penalty spot in the 54th minute.
Peart-Harris completed his hat-trick, via a second penalty of the afternoon, in the 78th minute before substitute Jude Soonsup-Bell added a late seventh for the Blues.
