The winner of the club’s first-ever Christmas card design competition has been announced.
Nine-year-old supporter Jake from Cheshire produced the winning artwork, which will sit proudly on the front of Aston Villa’s official Christmas card this year.
Jake’s festive design featured captain Jack Grealish curling a shot around a Christmas tree, decked in claret and blue, and scoring past a helpless snowman in goal.
Here’s the winning artwork…

Jake also received a Christmas hamper full of Aston Villa goodies for his winning entry.
Last month, the club received a number of great designs after inviting Junior Season Ticket Holders and Members to enter the competition.
Young fans around the country took part, with entries coming in from places as far afield as Plymouth and Bradford.
Here are some of the other Christmas card designs we received…
Toby, aged 7, Cheshire

Arlo, aged 8, Worcester

Scarlett, aged 9, Sutton Coldfield

The club are in the process of planning and reviewing our membership and Season Ticket offering with the view to releasing a new range of memberships containing a diverse set of benefits during the 20/21 season. This is likely to be in early 2021.
