Marvelous Nakamba has shown all his qualities in a Villa shirt, proving to be a consistent performer when called upon and racking up over 65 appearances. 

The midfielder spent the second half of the 2022/23 campaign on loan at Luton Town in the Championship, proving to be a key player as the Hatters won promotion to the Premier League. 

Nakamba began his career in his native Zimbabwe before he signed for French side Nancy after a successful trial. He made a handful of appearances before joining Vitesse in the Netherlands.

The defensive midfielder moved to Club Brugge in 2017 and helped them win the Belgian First Division, later making five appearances for the club in the Champions League. A move in the summer of 2019 brought him to Villa Park, where he made his debut for the club in September of that year.
