Dear Villans,

We are excited to welcome you back to Villa Park once again, for a campaign that will see top flight Womens football back in B6.

We kick-off our home fixtures against reigning Barclays Women’s Super League Champions Manchester City and we wanted to ensure you were as informed as possible, given the changes that have taken place since the last time you were with us.

As you will be aware, the redevelopment of the North Stand is now well under way and as such there have also been other changes to the stadium and its footprint, which will mean it is more than likely that the normal matchday experience has changed for some of you this season.

To help everyone’s visit go as smoothly as possible, we suggest all of you to please:

  • Download tickets before you set off. If it slips your mind, we are pleased to let you know that free WiFi is now available at the turnstiles so you can connect
  • Arrive a little earlier than normal at Villa Park - one end of the stadium is an active construction site, so please allow enough time to make your way around and through the turnstiles
  • We’ve reorganised the vomitories and stairwells in the Trinity Road Stand, which means the route to your seat will likely be different to last season; please get in with plenty of time spare to familiarise yourselves before kick-off
  • Ask for help if you need it

Trinity Road Seating Configuration Changes

While walkways around the stadium will remain the same size, we are strongly encouraging supporters to arrive early at the stadium in order to minimise any potential disruption caused by the ongoing significant works at the North Stand end of the ground.

The Trinity Road Stand has undergone enhancements during the off-season, resulting in a reconfiguration of the seats within it.

TICKETS

We are strongly encouraging supporters to download their tickets to the app before travelling to the stadium to ensure that the entry process at the turnstiles is as smooth as possible.

For those who are unable to do so, the club have installed free WiFi at all turnstiles to ease any potential connectivity issues. Fans can connect using the QR codes positioned at their respective access points.

The ticket office will be open with staff available to help over the weekend as follows:

- The ticket office will be open at Villa Park on Sunday, September 13 from 4pm until kick-off

- The ticket office telephone lines will be open as standard between 9:30am and 1pm and 2pm till 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Further information on the Aston Villa App and In-App ticketing can be found here.

Season Ticket Holders

- Season ticket holders will only see their match ticket for the opening game vs Manchester City within the Aston Villa App. Tickets for the remaining 5 games prior to the winter break will be distributed week commencing 21st September.

- Any approved physical season cards have been sent via post and will arrive prior to the Manchester City fixture. Please note, we are no longer accepting applications for physical season cards.

We can't wait to see you all back in B6,

Up The Villa!
