Aston Villa Store Returns & Exchange Policy
1. General Policy
We offer a 30-day returns and exchange policy at both our Villa Park and Bullring stores.
- Items must be returned to the store where they were originally purchased.
- All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt).
2. Store-Specific Returns
- Villa Park Purchases:
- Items purchased at Villa Park must be returned to the Villa Park store.
- Adidas products purchased at Villa Park cannot be returned to Bullring; they must be returned to Villa Park.
- Bullring Purchases:
- Items purchased at Bullring must be returned to the Bullring store.
- Adidas products purchased at Bullring cannot be returned to Villa Park; they must be returned to Bullring.
3. Aston Villa Product Returns
- Returns of Aston Villa-branded products are subject to management discretion.
- Printed or personalised shirts are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Aston Villa Store Custom Shirt Printing Policy
1. Purpose
This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the exchange and refund of shirts that have been custom printed with individual names.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all customers purchasing custom-printed shirts from Bullring and Villa Park.
3. Policy Statement
3.1. Custom-printed shirts featuring an individual’s name cannot be exchanged or refunded.
3.2. An exception to this applies only where the shirt or the print is deemed by store management to be faulty or not of acceptable quality.
3.3. The store will not be held responsible for changes in player status, including but not limited to a player leaving the club or changing their squad number, after the purchase of a custom printed shirt.
3.4. No exchange or refund will be offered in such cases.
4. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under consumer law.
