Terms and Conditions

Promoter: Aston Villa Women’s Football Club Limited, Villa Park, Birmingham, B6 6HE (Registered company number 08414046) (the “Club”).

1.    ELIGIBILITY

This Prize Draw is open to any person aged 13 or over and resident in the United Kingdom at the time of entry.

Employees of the Club (or any affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies) are not eligible to enter, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

2. HOW TO ENTER

There will be one way to enter the Prize Draw, as follows:

(i)                  Entry via completion of Playable Entry Form.

 

Sign up via the relevant registration form on the Club’s Playable Entry Form (https://play.avfc.co.uk/win-an-iwg-global-summit-shirt) during the Prize Draw period.

One entry per person per entry method only. Multiple entries will not be counted and will not increase your chances of winning.

All entrants under the age of 18 must have the permission of a parent or guardian to enter. By entering the prize draw, the parent or guardian will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Club is not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed entries. The Club reserves the right to disqualify anyone who it believes violated these Terms and Conditions.

3. PRIZE DRAW PERIOD

The Prize Draw Period is as follows:

From 9:00 on 08/07/2026 to 23:59 on 08/08/2026.

4. USE OF YOUR ENTRY

Your personal data will be used by the Club and / or its agents (including Aston Villa Football Club Limited) acting on the Club’s behalf only for the operation of this Prize Draw. If you are a winner of the Prize Draw you agree that the Club may use your name and town or country of residence to announce the winner of this Prize Draw.

5. PRIZES

There will be one Prize. The Prize is as follows:

  • Aston Villa Women’s 2025/26 home shirt, featuring the IWG Global Summit 2026 logo.

Prizes are as stated and are not transferable. No cash alternatives available. The Club reserves the right to substitute any Prize with a Prize of equal or greater value.

Prizes may be considered as a taxable benefit to the winner. The winner will be directly responsible for accounting for and paying to HMRC, or other relevant tax authority, any tax liability arising on their prize. Please contact marketingteam@avfc.co.uk for any query related to the taxable amount for reporting to HMRC, or other relevant tax authority.

6. SELECTION OF THE WINNERS

All valid entries will be submitted as per the rules in the “How To Enter” section.

There will be one Prize winner.

The winner of the Prize will be selected randomly by the Club on or before 10/08/2026.

The winner will be notified (which may be via a public announcement on the Club’s website, social media channels or other relevant channel) on or before 12/08/2026 and asked to message the Club with further contact details (if necessary). If a potential winner of a Prize has not confirmed receipt of the notification on or before 19/08/2026 or is not eligible to enter the Prize Draw or receive the Prize (for any reason), the Club reserves the right to either (i) select an alternative winner on the same basis as described above (who will be given a reasonable deadline to respond); or (ii) not award the Prize.

The winner may be asked to provide identification and proof of address proving their eligibility before they are entitled to receive the Prize. Winners may be required to participate in further publicity or advertising.

Unless otherwise agreed, Prizes will be delivered to the winner by post.

Accepting the Prize constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Notwithstanding this, if a winner does not confirm agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions, the Club reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner on the same basis as described above.

7. WINNER LIST

The winner must provide, and consent to his/her surname and county of residence being made publicly available upon request. Each Winners’ name will be available for a period of 28 days after the selection of the winner by written request to marketingteam@avfc.co.uk.

8. OTHER

The Club’s decision in relation to all matters relating to this prize draw will be final. The Club will not enter into correspondence regarding the outcome.

The Club reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Entrants under the age of 18 must have the permission of a parent or guardian to enter. By entering, the parent or guardian confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

If an entrant attempts to compromise the integrity or proper operation of this prize draw by cheating, fraud, or any other improper conduct (including, but not limited to, hacking or manipulation), the Club reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and, where appropriate, exclude them from participating in future promotions. The Club also reserves the right to take legal action where necessary.

The Club is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third parties involved in the provision of the prize.

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits the Club’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud. Subject to this, the Club, its agents and distributors will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant or winner as a result of entering this prize draw or accepting or using the prize.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
