Terms and Conditions
Promoters: Aston Villa Women’s Football Club Limited, Villa Park, Birmingham, B6 6HE (Registered company number 08414046) (“Aston Villa”).
1. ELIGIBILITY. This exclusive collectable redemption is open to any person resident in the United Kingdom at the time of entry.
Employees of Aston Villa (or any affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies) are not eligible to enter, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).
2. HOW TO ENTER. There will be one way to enter the Competition, as follows:
(i) Entry at the relevant Aston Villa Women’s Football Club home WSL game (“Game”) at Villa Park, by scanning each individual matchday programme of which there will be 11
To enter the Competition you should complete the relevant redemption form (found in the URL ) and QR code as shared in the Matchday Programme at the relevant Aston Villa Women’s home WSL game at Villa Park. The form will require you to guess the public attendance for the Game. Entries for each Game are open throughout the season, with submission of a photo taken at the game the QR code was scanned.
In order to receive the exclusive collectable, the individual should scan all 11 Aston Villa Women Matchday Programmes and complete the relevant redemption form with the same information each time.
Only one entry per person per email address and per Game is permitted. Multiple entries will not be counted and will not collect any further collectables.
Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Aston Villa are not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed entries. Aston Villa reserves the right to disqualify anyone who they believe has violated these Terms and Conditions.
3. COMPETITION PERIOD. The Competition Period is as follows:
From 14/09/25 at 09:00am to 10/05/26 at 21:00. This covers multiple Redemptions within the Redemption Period for each Game.
4. USE OF YOUR ENTRY. Your personal data will be used by Aston Villa and / or its agents (which include Aston Villa Football Club Limited and Aston Villa Women’s Football Club Limited) acting on Aston Villa’s behalf only for the operation of this Competition unless you consent otherwise. If you are a winner of the Competition you agree that Aston Villa may use your first name and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this Competition.
5. PRIZES. There will be one Exclusive Collectable to be downloaded. Each Prize is as follows:
The Exclusive Collectable will be a digital print containing AFTA Studios illustrations of all players whom feature for Aston Villa Women throughout the 2025/26 Barclays Women’s Super League season.
Prizes are as stated and are not transferable. No cash alternatives available. Aston Villa reserves the right to substitute any Prize with a Prize of equal or greater value. There is a limit of one prize per person.
Prizes may be considered as a taxable benefit to the winner. The winner will be directly responsible for accounting for and paying to HMRC, or other relevant tax authority, any tax liability arising on their prize. Please contact marketingteam@avfc.co.uk for any query related to the taxable amount for reporting to HMRC, or other relevant tax authority.
6. SELECTION OF THE WINNERS. All valid entries will be submitted as per the rules in the “How To Enter” section.
There is a limit of one download per person.
The individuals to redeem the exclusive collectable will be the one person who, in Aston Villa’s absolute discretion and opinion, scans all 11 matchday programme QR codes and completes the relevant redemption form.
The individuals will be notified (which may be via a public announcement on Aston Villa’s website, social media channels or other relevant channel) or by public announcement and asked to unlock their collectable.
The individuals may be asked to provide identification and proof of address proving their eligibility before they are entitled to receive the Prize. Winners may be required to participate in further publicity or advertising.
Unless otherwise agreed, the exclusive collectable will be sent via email after the conclusion of the 2025/26 Barclays Women’s Super League season.
Redeeming the exclusive collectable constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Notwithstanding this, if an individual does not confirm agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions, Aston Villa reserves the right to withdraw the exclusive collectable.
7. LIST. The individual must provide, and consents to his/her surname and county of residence being made publicly available upon request. Each individuals’ name will be available for a period of 28 days after the distribution of the exclusive collectable by written request to marketingteam@avfc.co.uk.
8. OTHER. No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this Redemption or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Aston Villa’s decision shall be final. Aston Villa reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this Redemption at any time but only before the delivery of any prize, without notice.
Participants in this Redemption agree that Aston Villa will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, costs, damage, disappointment or losses of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in this Redemption. Nothing in this clause shall limit Aston Villa’s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or liability arising out of Aston Villa’s fraud.
Aston Villa cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party.
Insofar as is permitted by law, Aston Villa, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Aston Villa, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. SPIRIT OF THE COMPETITION. If an entrant attempts to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this Competition by hacking or by cheating or committing fraud in ANY way, we may seek damages from that entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, we may, in our absolute discretion, disqualify that entrant’s entry to this Competition and may ban the entrant from participating in any of our future promotions, so please play fairly.
Aston Villa cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party. Participants in this Competition agree that Aston Villa will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in this Competition. Nothing in this clause shall limit Aston Villa’s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or arising out of fraud.
