Bio

Jamaldeen Jimoh-Aloba joined Aston Villa's Academy from West Bromwich Albion in August 2023, signing a professional contract just two months later.

A technical attacking midfield player, Jimoh-Aloba penned a new long-term contract in October 2024, before enjoying a memorable 2024/25 campaign in which he impressed for both Villa's Under-18s and Under-21s sides.

He made his first team debut against Wycombe Wanderers off the bench in round three of the Carabao Cup in September, before a further appearance against Crystal Palace in the fourth round and another against Cardiff City in the FA Cup in February 2025.

Regular first team training sessions and inclusions on the bench throughout the season complemented crucial goals for the Young Lions in the Vertu Trophy and UEFA Youth League, as well as four goals and two assists in 17 Premier League 2 outings.

The England youth international helped Villa's Under-18s to an unprecedented treble in 2024/25, starring with a goal and an assist against Manchester City at Villa Park in the FA Youth Cup Final.
