Head coach Joe Hunt was delighted with the manner of his side's victory in Sunday's SSE Women's FA Cup win over Everton.
The claret and blues booked their place in the quarter-finals with a hard-fought and thoroughly entertaining win over their WSL 2 rivals at Coles Lane.
Hannah George netted the decider in the second half - heading home Beth Merrick's cross from the right.
Hunt declared himself satisfied with the team's attacking play as well as their ability to see the game out.
He said: "I thought it was another highly entertaining FA Cup tie, both teams giving it everything.
"In the end I thought we were worthy winners.
"Everton are a very good team, packed with excellent players.
"We matched them all round the pitch and created the better chances.
"In the first half especially we managed to get in on goal or in good areas but didn't punish them.
"We talked about it at half-time, we needed to be more ruthless.
"We tweaked a couple of other things but nothing major.
"In second half we were excellent and got our noses in front.
"It's something we've worked on in terms of getting the ball out wide, good delivery and people filling the box.
"I was just surprised our right-winger crossed it and our left-back headed it in - total football!
"After that the game actually got a bit fast and furious but we controlled it well.
"Then as you'd expect, in the last five minutes Everton threw everything at us.
"We defended magnificently and are in the quarter-finals for the second straight year."
The draw for the last eight takes place at lunchtime on Monday March 21.
