Carlos Sanchez should be fit for the game.

Sanchez has been in training this week ahead of the Swans encounter.

Boss Rémi Garde is confident the midfielder will be available.

But he will need to assess how much involvement Sanchez can have after a spell on the claret and blue sidelines.

Sanchez has had a hamstring issue, which flared up in the home win over Wycombe Wanderers.

There's also good news on Adama Traore and Jack Grealish.

The Swans game comes too soon for the duo but Garde thinks they could be available for the Chelsea clash after the international break.

Modou Barrow scored his first goal for Swansea last time out and is expected to recover from a hamstring niggle to feature once more.

Andre Ayew is likely to miss out on facing brother Jordan Ayew due to an ankle injury.

Rémi Garde

I love football. I hate defeats.

Five defeats in a row - I am not sure I have experienced that before in my whole career.

I am relying on myself to be strong and find the right words for the players.

When I see that last Tottenham game, I feel that the players hear what I say.

From the time it is certain, you can say we are in this league or that league. For the moment this is only speculation.

I am only focused on trying to win the next game.

I am not stupid. It's not going to be easy.

It's an impossible mission that we have to make possible. I realise it's a huge task.

But in football until the game has been played, you never know.

I still believe and I have shown that since the first day I came to the football club.

My target was to try to save this football club from relegation.

I am only focused on that. We will now go to Swansea and try to win.

Francesco Guidolin

We have an important game this weekend - and it the most important game of the season for us.

I know their situation and I know how difficult matches like this can be.

But I hope to see my team play well, with concentration and intensity.

We have nothing to lose now.

It's been very difficult for the players and the fans.

We, as players, have to take responsibility.

We train and work hard. We're not getting the results at the moment.

Swansea play good football but like us, struggle to get results.

It's been a tough season for them too, they're trying to survive.

We've been working hard this week to prepare for the game against Swansea.

If we want to survive in the Premier League we have to win matches.

It's away but we know our fans will be behind us.

We will fight in the next game and try to bring home the three points.

Gylfi Sigurdsson

This is going to be a really tough game.

Villa are fighting for their lives and every game is crucial from here on in for them. But the same goes for us.

We are by no means safe and we want to get to 40 points - and beyond - as quickly as we can.

It's been a strange season for us. But we know three points on Saturday would give us a big boost in maintaining our Premier League status.

Both Jordan Ayew and Andre Ayew netted in this fixture back in October 2015, becoming the first brothers to score for opposing sides in the same match in Premier League history.

Our last league away win against Swansea City came back in December 1971 (2-1) in the third tier.

Gabriel Agbonlahor scored in both of our games against Swansea in 2013/14, but he hasn't scored in the three Premier League apps against them since.

The Swans have won just three of their last 13 Premier League matches at Liberty Stadium (W3 D5 L5).

Swansea fans have seen their team score just six goals in the last eight Premier League matches played at Liberty Stadium.

Swansea are unbeaten in their last six Barclays Premier League games against us (W4 D2), winning the last four in a row.

We have not won any of our four Premier League away trips to Swansea (D2 L2).
