Rémi Garde worked his players hard at Bodymoor Heath this week ahead of what he believes will be a "tight and tense" game against Swansea.

Garde was on the fields of the training ground alongside Eric Black, Reginald Ray and Robert Duverne to build-up to the clash at the Liberty Stadium.

He's expecting a "focused and committed" display from his troops, which have been boosted in the last few days by the return of Carlos Sanchez.

Sanchez has been absent since the Wycombe Wanderers home game in January.

But it was a welcome sight to see The Rock out there alongside his team-mates ahead of the Swans encounter.

The boss told the media: "The match will be very tight probably, with a lot of tension.

"They are in a better position than us but they probably need more points. We do as well, of course.

"Both teams will give 100%. On our side we will need to be very focused and committed to this game.

"We need to win games. We are in a very urgent situation. Anywhere we are, we need to pick up victories."
