Our youngsters return to action as they take on Swansea at Walsall tonight.

Kick-off at the Banks's Stadium is 7pm.

The clash is the home side's first competitive meeting in just under a month following the postponement at Blackburn a fortnight ago.

And they will be looking to avenge a 5-0 reverse in South Wales back in October 2015.

That day, goals from impressive front man Oliver McBurnie, Keston Davies, Henry Jones, Daniel Jones and Kyle Copp did the damage.

It's fair to say that result was not representative of the claret and blues' 2015/16 campaign to date.

The B6 side lie fourth in the Barclays U21 Premier League Division Two table, seven points behind table-toppers Derby.

Meanwhile, the Swans' season has been indifferent, winning six, drawing two and losing five of their fixtures thus far.

They go into the game unbeaten in 2016 and came from behind to earn a 2-1 victory away at West Ham last time out thanks to goals from Josh Sheehan and Adam King.

This followed a creditable goalless draw at high-flying Arsenal.

Entry to the Banks's Stadium is £3 [adults], £1 [O60s/U18s] and free for Aston Villa and Walsall season ticket holders.

Please note, season ticket holders must produce their season card/book on the turnstiles.
