Libor Kozak will be out for up to a month with a fractured bone in his ankle.
And his fellow striker Rudy Gestede is also ruled out for the Norwich game.
But Rémi Garde is banking on having Gestede back sooner rather than later as he recovers from his hamstring problem.
In good news ahead of the weekend encounter, Ashley Westwood could be fit for the Canaries clash.
Westwood missed the West Ham game with a calf problem.
But Garde is hoping to see him training today.
Garde also spoke of his delight at seeing Gabby Agbonlahor playing again, as he produced a workmanlike display at Upton Park, with the team down to 10 men for a large proportion of that clash.
Garde said: "We have many injured players - and a suspended player as well.
"Gabby is back in the group. What he showed in the West Ham game was interesting.
"Unfortunately, Libor will be out for a few weeks now because he's got a little fracture on the ankle.
"He will be out for three or four weeks probably.
"Rudy will be back earlier than Libor, for sure, but he won't be available for this weekend.
"I could rely on Ashley Westwood. I am not 100% sure yet. But he could be back within the group."
