On the result…

Even if the result has been long in coming, I think it was a fair result regarding the game.

On the flow of the match…

I was disappointed for the first hour of play.

Then we started to play more collectively and quickly - and more simple as well.

I am very happy with the result because everyone knows that this type of game is sometimes a trap.

Today we have made the victory.

On what we will take from the game…

The last four games unbeaten is a very good run, especially in our position.

We have done nothing. We have won nothing. But the situation we were in for the past few weeks, I prefer this one now.

For the players, it's important for them to have scored two goals today.

On the crowd frustration in the first half…

I can understand.

But it's the cup - and sometimes in the cup it's difficult to win.

I saw my team playing poorly technically for the first hour.

I am not happy about that - but I am happy about the result.

We have to play better.

On the changes…

We are in a difficult run with four games in 12 days.

I wanted to rest some players because I don't want to lose them through injury.

The team I started tonight was a good team.

There were good players - and we should have done better.

On the positive run of results…

It's good - but we need more.

Let's say these last four games have been very important for confidence.

We now have to do better than we did tonight to keep that momentum, for sure.

On the Man City upcoming tie...

It's a big perspective for us.

It's a big game to play.

It will be tough for sure because City have good players everywhere on the field.

It will be a good opportunity to play in the FA Cup again, which is very important.

On Jordan Lyden's first start…

It was not his favourite position - he is more a midfield player.

Leo Bacuna was a little bit injured - like Alan Hutton.

I wanted to play Micah Richards as a centre-back. Jordan Lyden told me he has already played this position.

For his first game, he was okay - he's a good player!

He is working well. He is young and he is working very well in training sessions.

He's got a very good attitude. He is one of the best attitudes in the team - that's important when you want to go step by step as a football player.

On the performance of Wycombe…

That's a good question - I would like to congratulate Wycombe.

Over the two games, they showed a very good attitude and very good football sometimes.

They should be disappointed tonight but it was two good games.
