Fabian Delph has been confirmed as the player of the year, as voted for by the fans.
Delph has clocked up sufficient votes that ensures he can't be caught by anyone else.
The midfield marauder has 45 points - that's 21 points ahead of second place Ron Vlaar, with just two games remaining.
With three points for No.1 spot, two points for No.2 spot and one point for No.3 spot, Delph cannot be overhauled at the top.
Delph has been in brilliant form and this has been illustrated by the voting.
He has won 11 man-of-the-match votes this term - a record for the competition.
Leandro Bacuna and Gabby Agbonlahor are joint No.3 with 20 points, Marc Albrighton is No.5 with 19 points while Christian Benteke is No.6 with 13 points.
Delph will be honoured with the award officially at the end of season dinner, where a host of other big prizes will be handed out, including the player of the year as voted for by the players, goal of the season and young player of the year as voted for by players and supporters.
Delph said: "Since I came to Villa, I have wanted to do well. It's a great honour to win this award.
"I had a good start to the season and then it was a case of maintaining my form.
"It's great that the fans have acknowledged that I've done well for the club."
The Terrace Trophy, sponsored by Mars, was an award synonymous with the club for two decades.
It made a comeback six seasons ago, with Stiliyan Petrov winning the reintroduced award in the first campaign back, while other previous victors include James Milner and Brad Guzan.
