Nicklas Helenius was a surprise special guest at one of our flourishing coaching courses this week.
Funded by the FA, Villa coaches deliver courses to women and girls at secondary schools.
The weekly one-hour sessions are aimed at those 14 and above, for all abilities.
It's really blossoming too, with 250 females attending since the scheme launched in September 2013, well in excess of the target of 180.
Helenius paid a visit to one of the 12 satellite venues - Aston Manor Academy - and watched on intently as the ladies were put through their paces by some real role models.
Lisa Sharred, Carly Davies and Jade Richards all have ties to the established Villa Ladies team - Lisa used to play for them, Carly is a hotshot forward while Jade is seen as one of the most talented stars in the set-up.
The top trio are real icons for those who attend while the success of Villa Ladies and England Ladies also offer encouragement.
Helenius said: "It's nice to see the girls playing and enjoying themselves in a great environment.
"They key thing here, in my opinion is having fun and making friends.
"It's also about getting out and about and keeping fit.
"If you are good, you can be spotted and one day might play for Villa Ladies.
"If you're not of an amazing standard, you can still enjoy yourself and have a great time.
"I am proud to be here and to represent Villa in the Community."
