Brad Guzan says his folks loved their stadium tours experience when they looked around the fab facilities shortly after he put pen to paper with Villa in 2008.
Now he expects them to fly over from USA again, after he became an integral part of the weekly two-hour journey around B6.
Guzan met up with Nigel Spink at Bodymoor Heath as work began on creating moulds of their famous hands.
Guzan and Spink both got measured up for their debut in the new 'Heritage Zone'.
You'll soon be able to view moulds of the giant paws of Guzan [above] and Spink, with the ability to see how your own mitts measure up to theirs.
And Guzan said: "It was a fantastic experience. It was cool going through the whole process.
"Now I will have to get down to Villa Park in the week when it's up and have a look.
"It was nice to be a part of it all. Hopefully the fans enjoy it.
"The cool thing is to think that I will be a part of the tours experience, with all the history that goes with it.
"My folks came over to visit Villa Park when I joined. They did the stadium tour. They loved it. I remember them telling me how impressed they were.
"They thought it was great. And they totally appreciated the esteem and heritage and, of course, great current facilities at the ground.
"Now the hand casts are becoming part of it, I will have to fly them back over with the rest of the family!"
