Villa v Sunderland programme: Delph exclusive interview

Fabian Delph has been a revelation in Villa's midfield so far this season - and he talks exclusively to the Villa News & Record for the match against Sunderland.

The popular Yorkshireman discusses a range of topics, including his runaway lead in the Terrace Trophy voting, his craving for more goals and his pride and joy - his six-month old daughter Sophia.

We also chat to Gary Gardner, who is just returning after a niggling back injury which has kept him out of action all season.

With big brother Craig back in town this weekend, Gary reveals that the duo's desire to face each other in a top-flight match is as strong as ever.

Antonio Luna, meanwhile, is the man on the spot in our light-hearted Last Word feature, while Ashley Westwood is the player in the centrefold poster.

And you won't be surprised to learn that Ashley is prominent on the double-page spread of Monday's thrilling derby draw against West Brom after scoring his first Villa goal at The Hawthorns.

We also talk to the man who came up with the idea of the 19th-minute tribute to Stiliyan Petrov, while Ron Saunders, the most successful manager in Villa history, is the subject of our My Favourite Villan series.

The Villa Vault, meanwhile, includes Nigel Spink, Fred Turnbull and a look at six of the best captains from the club's Premier League era.

Throw in columns by Paul Lambert, Ron Vlaar and Stan Collymore, and we think you will agree the Villa News & Record is excellent value for £3.

For an even better deal, look out for our increasingly popular "five-for-a-fiver" programme bags.

The latest one includes the Sunderland programme, a Poster Book (normally £3), a copy of the JV-Life magazine and back issues from games against Black Cats in 1981-82 and 2009-10- all for just £5.

Back issues from the games against Tottenham, Everton and Cardiff City will also be on sale at the kiosks.

If you don't want to wait or can't make it to the game, you can also snap up your matchday programme right now via our eBay account.

And then there's our new iPad version, which will be available to purchase closer to the match.

We also offer a subscription service at £66 for the printer version for the season, including postage.

European postage costs an additional £39 and worldwide postage an extra £64.
