Goalkeeper Brad Guzan has spoken of the intense hunger in camp to get back to winning ways against West Ham.
Guzan has been between the sticks for defeats to Tottenham and Everton.
Now he hopes to guard the goal during a victory at Upton Park.
Villa's No.1 says the players are determined to perform to their max against the Hammers.
He believes togetherness is key to getting the right result.
He said: "We will continue to stick together. We will continue to fight together. We will go again.
"It will be a difficult challenge against West Ham but we are going down there trying to get a result.
"After the last two results not going our way, we are extremely hungry and also excited for this next match. We are determined to turn things around.
"Our character is being tested but we have to shine through now. To do that, we have to stick together and do the dirty work necessary.
"We are looking forward to this game. It would be a massive, massive three points if we could get them on Saturday.
"West Ham will be up for the challenge too, of course.
"For us, it's about going down there and striving for the three points.
"We certainly have that sense of belief and togetherness in the squad. That's what we're about.
"You find that when you grind things out in games, after that your football can take over."
