Delph earned five points following the games against Newcastle, Norwich, Tottenham and Man City.
Delph was the top man against Newcastle and also runner-up against Man City.
Brad Guzan was the best player against Norwich, Jed Steer earned top spot against Tottenham and Leandro Bacuna was man of the match against Man City.
Christian Benteke was runner-up against Newcastle, Ciaran Clark was in second place against Norwich and Marc Albrighton was runner-up against Tottenham.
Gabby Agbonlahor, Leandro Bacuna, Yacouba Sylla and Andreas Weimann were third against Newcastle, Norwich, Tottenham and Man City respectively.
The race is already on to succeed Brad Guzan as the Supporters Player of the Year, who picks up the famed Mars-sponsored Terrace Trophy as a prize at the end-of-season award dinner.
Delph is way out in front with 16 points, with Agbonlahor, Benteke, Guzan and Bacuna in second place on four points.
Other previous winners of this prestigious award include Gareth Barry, Stiliyan Petrov, James Milner, Dennis Mortimer and Nigel Sims.
