The Strain brothers - Thomas and Ryan - combined to give Villa U18s a superb victory and end Manchester United's six-match winning streak.
Thomas scored two while younger sibling Ryan also got on the scoresheet in an impressive performance at Bodymoor Heath.
The Red Devils had the first clear-cut chance of the game when Ben Barber's dangerous low cross narrowly evaded Ashley Fletcher.
But Villa took the lead just past the half hour mark when goalkeeper Aiden Grant's quick thinking turned defence in to attack.
After claiming a corner under pressure, Grant swiftly started a breakaway move which resulted in Ryan Strain converting a Jerell Sellars cross.
The scores were levelled straight after the break when Devonte Redmond's left-foot drive put United back on track.
However, seven minutes later it was the turn of the older Strain, Thomas, to score from another clever cross by Sellars.
With 20 minutes to go he did it again, finding the bottom corner of the net with an emphatic right-foot finish.
