Villa supporter Steve Jones enjoyed the culinary delights of Restaurant VMF - in the comfort of his own home.
Steve, his family and guests were wined and dined by staff from the award-winning training restaurant after he was the top bidder for the VMF experience in an Acorns charity auction at our end-of-season dinner.
The club's executive chef Peter Reed and his team took over the kitchen at Steve's home in Hammerwich to prepare a stunning four-course meal.
Guests - including Villa chief executive Paul Faulkner and head of facilities Tom Fantini - were treated to cocktail canapés before sitting down for their main meal.
The specially-devised home dining menu consisted of trellis of salmon and Brixham plaice for starter, a choice of farm assured blade and rump of beef or line caught sea bass for mains and a trio of delicious desserts.
This was followed by a selection of champion cheeses from the Midlands and coffee with petit fours.
What's more, a selection of fine wines was also served throughout the evening.
It proved to be a fantastic feast for Steve, his partner Julie and their friends.
"It was a fabulous night," said Julie. "The food was beautiful and so were all of the wines.
"The team were an absolute credit to the club and we'd like to extend our thanks again to Peter and the team. They did a sterling job!"
