Christian Benteke heads into this weekend's home encounter with Malaga urging fans to continue their Seven Nation Army salutation song as it gives him "special feelings".
Benteke has spoken glowingly about his relationship with claret and blue fans and highlighted the White Stripes terrace tune as a source of inspiration for him.
They sing 'Oooh Christian Benteke' to the famous anthem from the USA rock duo.
The powerful forward says he feels real strength when he hears the track during games.
He says he feels at home in B6 because of the "huge respect" shown him throughout his time in claret and blue.
He also insists, after signing a new four-year deal, that he wants to do "something good for the club."
He said: "The fans have been great with me ever since I came to Villa. They have given me a lot of respect and I always try to give them that back on the pitch.
"I feel good at Villa. I feel at home here. I love the fans. Their support means a lot.
"I have signed a new contract and I want to do something good for this club. Everybody in the dressing room is excited about playing this new season.
"The song the fans sing for me gives me an amazing feeling. It's hard to describe but it gives me a special feeling in my body.
"You are always trying to do your best, of course, but it gives you more. It makes you want to do something more than everyone else on the pitch.
"This is pressure aswell, of course. They are expecting something amazing from me. But I am happy with that.
"It inspires me. It's a really positive pressure for me. I like it."
