Antonio Luna says that Paul Lambert is a monumental force in keeping confidence levels sky-high at Villa.
Luna has been thoroughly impressed by the way Lambert works on the training field and also the manner in which he treats his players.
The Spaniard says Lambert is intense in getting his ideas across at Bodymoor Heath but also inspirational with his encouragement.
The 22-year-old already loves life under Lambert and can't wait for the season to start.
He said: "I like the way the manager works. I have a lot of confidence in him and he has confidence in his players. That's really good for everyone.
"He believes in the team. He is very, very intense. He works in that way.
"Training is very intense and great fun. All the ball work is intense but it's really, really enjoyable. It's so, so fun.
"He likes his teams to play good football, the right way!
"He is so animated. He congratulates us all the time on the training field. He is always clapping what we do, saying well-done.
"He supports us and encourages us. He is the sort of manager who puts his arm around you.
"He is always saying 'good, good, that's it, well done.'
"He is a winner too! We have a young team and we all want to grow and to improve every day under him.
"Paul Lambert is a winner and the team has a winning mentality because of him. We have learnt from him!"
